I don't think the martyr effect will be all that strong. It will exist, but it certainly won't serve as a significant means of recruiting more terrorists. bin Laden is so despised by most the Muslim world... it's really just going to motivate those who are already committed to his causes.

It's not going to have the same "Aww..." factor as Sheikh Yassin's death. It's not going to... reach beyond his followers the way that death did.

What will the Americans do with Osama bin Laden's body, I wonder? Would it be destroyed? Provided a burial? Where, if so? So many questions.
