Chrysler Group LLC (pronounced /ˈkraɪslər/) is an American multinational automaker headquartered in the Detroit suburb of Auburn Hills, Michigan. Chrysler was first organized as the Chrysler Corporation in 1925.[6]
On June 10, 2010, Chrysler Group LLC emerged from a Chapter 11 reorganization and announced a plan for a partnership with Italian automaker Fiat.[7][8] Fiat holds a 25% stake in the new company, with an option to increase its stake to 35%, and up to 51%, if it meets financial and developmental goals for the company.[9] Fiat's stake cannot go beyond 49% until the government has been paid back in full.[

the management has to improve in coping with the state of affairs provided by the change in the organisation, particularly the change in leadership. It is vital to indicate that the managers and supervisors’ functions are the most crucial among the other factors in the company in these kinds of conditions. Huy (2002) mentioned that these are the individuals who will guarantee the continuity within the course of change in the company. In the same regard, these managers and supervisors will in an exclusive position where they connect the top management and executives to the workers and other units in the rank and file of the organization. Hence, for the Chief Operations Officer, both his technical skills in management and leadership skills are tested.
A Human resource concept that appears to be intimately connected to organizational development is motivation of the employees. Several motivational theories are amalgamated in the framework of the organizational. Hence, most, if not all, of these theories have an essential supposition mentioning that improving the motivation level of the workforce will fundamentally activate optimistic outcomes for the company. (Neff 2002, 385) Elements that encourage motivation of the workers are seen in the apposite execution of communication systems in the company. (Gueldenzoph and May, 2006, 4) Hence, it seems that the subsistence of such effective systems of communications gives the organizations the ability to get much closer to their organizational objective
