Open Day at IIMA for Under Graduate Students on August 22, 2015

The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) is organizing its 2nd Open Day on its campus on the 22nd of August, 2015.​

The Open Day was initiated last year with the idea of connecting with the local community at large that IIMA is part of. Last year, over 500 school students from across Ahmedabad visited IIMA. This year, the initiative is directed to reach out to under-graduate students.

Organized as a collaborative effort of post-graduate students of IIMA's programmes, the Open Day will enable undergraduate students from diverse educational Institutes/Colleges in and near Ahmedabad to connect and know IIMA better, as they spent time and space with IIMA students and faculty on the IIMA campus.

During their five hour stay on the campus, these undergrads, will be introduced to life at IIMA through an interaction with students, get introduced to the case-study methodology, and be part of discussions relating to careers in management. The second recurrence of the event, wherein IIMA welcomes aspiring students to get a glimpse into the well-known management Institute of India, aims to inspire students of Ahmedabad city.

On August 22, 2015, the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) hosted an Open Day specifically designed for under graduate students. This event was a pivotal opportunity for aspiring young minds to explore the prestigious institution and gain insights into its academic programs, campus life, and future career prospects.
