Good article to get insight about one year MBA program.
I point i want to add is that this course is good for people who have work experience of at least 3 year but for freshers 2 year is much better because it give them more exposure what exactly happens in industry during there internship program. Also some companies need fresher who have at least some knowledge about all the areas like marketing, operation, finance so that they can develop them as per need of the company and incur less CTC.

Need further discussion on this point.
