Reasons why employees leave office:[/b][/b]

When people get their first they are in their bachelorhood, and now they want to change it since they are married and made family for self, hence catering to their needs becomes their responsibility as they all depend on one in the family, hence there is a need for career change. Also because your current job demands more and more and hence you stay away from home all the while is a joint reason. You therefore consider a career change, one that has a more adaptable schedule so you could balance between work and home.

If there are no growth prospects in job and hence people look out for job change, or may be the work has become a routine and there lies no interest in job further you feel boring and less enthusiastic at work.

As I had written in my earlier article as regards stress, stress at an optimum level is all right at workplace but experiencing too much stress isn’t normal because it breaks you mentally, physically and emotionally.

You are probably thinking about starting your own venture and being your own boss, being an entrepreneur.

May be it is higher earnings that forces you to decide for a job change, job satisfaction is also another point under consideration that might influence the decision of you staying in the office for more.

Management demands that one person do the jobs of two or more people, resulting in longer days and weekend work.

Freeze on raises and promotions, when an employee can easily find a job earning 20-30 percent more somewhere else.

Decision making not allowed by executives or allow them pride of ownership.

Reorganizing & shuffling of people around, and changes direction constantly.

Favoritism for some workers, better offices, trips to conferences, etc.

Relocation of the offices to another location, forcing employees to quit or double their commute.

Promotion someone who lacks training necessary experience to supervisor, alienating staff and driving away good employees

While there's no denying the strategic virtues of selective job changing for the purpose of career leverage, you want to make sure the path you take will lead you where you really want to go.

A promotion is usually accompanied by a salary increase being promoted faster; your salary grows at a quicker pace, sort of like compounding the interest you'd earn on a certificate of deposit.

After about three years, you've learned most of what you're going to know about how to do your job.

The reality is that managing up well can usually be reduced to making things easier on your boss by being a great employee. No boss will make life miserable for the person on staff that they count on most. Hence decide upon the kind of relationship you want with your boss.
