EMBA 617: INTRAPRENEURSHIP/CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP1.0 COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is about entrepreneurship in established companies. It is about revolution andchange management. Leaders who offer a positive vision of the future tend to be the mostsuccessful. On the other hand, leaders must not shy away from highlighting painfulchallenges that must be addressed. Ideally, their concepts and new ways of thinking willoutgrow the leader and become important to the entire organization. This course will helpleaders to formulate and articulate a credible, coherent, compelling and believable casefor change.
2.0 COURSE OBJECTIVES
