NSE feeds on mobile (Business Line, 24 th May 2006) Live Market Watch Solutions, a Bangalore-based company, has announced the launch of a software product, which enables mobile users to receive "live" feed from NSE. The product is first of its kind in India, Mr Ganesh Yala, Founder and CEO, Live Market Watch Solutions, said. "The broking community can offer this service as a value-add to their clients and let only order calls land at their office, reducing the query calls heavily," he said. The product, independent of any feed from stockbrokers, would be available in two variants - LMW-Pro and LMW-Lite - which refreshes the data every second and 10 seconds on the GPRS-enabled mobile phone, respectively. The LMW-Pro and LMW-Lite services would be available at a subscription charge of Rs 199 and Rs 99 a month respectively. Users would be able to watch details such as buy quantity, buy price, sell price, sell quantity, last traded price, volume, open, high, low, close for the chosen stock. The service would also enable users to create their own list, watch the Last Traded Price (LTP) and intra-day graphs of any of the six indices of NSE or any stock. The company is a part of ADS Group of companies, headed by Mr Brijesh Patel, former cricketer along with Mr Mukesh Patel and Mr Pankaj Patel. The company plans to introduce NSE derivatives, BSE, MCX and NCDEX feed in three to six months. It also expects to have strategic alliance with leading brokers, print and electronic media and mobile service providers. Live Market Watch Solutions hopes to tap 1-lakh customers by March 2007.
