To stave off the competition, Nokia has announced cheapest 3G mobile phone nokia 2730 in the market priced at Rs. 4,500/-.
Nokia has gone even further to announce a Rs. 500 basic phone for rural markets in India.
 
I am wondering What features will the cell phone have if it is sold for Rs. 500 in rural markets in India. I think it may just feature the basic things of calling, receiving facility.
