HUL exits Capgemini indian arm Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) today announced that it had sold its remaining 49 per cent stake in Capgemini Business services India) Ltd (formerly Unilever India Shared Services or UISSL) to Cap Gemini SA as part of an agreement signed in October 2006. However, the financial details of the transaction were not known.(BS)
