PG Medical Entrance Test is an entrance test conducted by NIMS University for the selection of eligible candidates for the MD and MS courses offered by the University. The duration of the exam is three hours. There are numerous aspirants applying for the test from all over the country.
Structure of NIMS University PG Medical Entrance Test
The admission for the PG medical courses offered by NIMS University is on the basis of a written test conducted by NIMS. The entrance test consists of 300 multiple type questions. The time given for the test is three and a half hours. The test is mainly to evaluate the basic knowledge in the MBBS course curriculum. Each question is given with four alternatives. The candidates have to pick the correct answer from the given options and mark it in the OMR sheet. One mark is reduced as penalty for the wrong answer.

The applicants must have a registered certificate from Indian Medical Council or State Medical Council.
