The admission for the program will take an unusual step of qualification, the 11- month program will admit students with five-year or more work experience and will undergo separate course content and methods of delivery from the typical MBA course then enrollment is limited to less than 40 students. Rather than taking core courses and elective, a student will have lessons on value, innovation, leadership and environment for four ten-week. Professors will do the team teaching strategy in a purposely made studio-type design room for the class furnished with audio-visual and ITC equipments. For the this one-year MBA, summer internship program is hard to for them so a collaboration is made between the school and other companies. Students will get work experience through field-based immersion in some host companies, government agencies and non-government organizations. MBA students that has lesser work experience will be directed to Emerging Leadership MBA Program. This program is not applicable to Executive MBA course since it has other curriculum and it is higher in terms of held position and earned degrees.
