New angles revealed in Headley trials

During many times before the Mumbai attacks, wives of Headley have admitted that he is involved in planning some terrorist attacks. The USA and Indian security agencies repeatedly failed to act on these information. Did we have made sure that these things for the next time are taken seriously by the intelligence services?
 
India is one of the countries who not go for prevention of the disease but goes for the cure only after the disease is spread out. So, I think now as they have learned a lesson, such things won't happen again
 
i dont think India will learn from this as we have already seen many situations where even intelligence dept notifies about such things, the govt fails to take any action
 
I think this time "Jorka Jatka Jor Se Laga" ,hope so this thing will not happen again, and Indian government is really active.
