need theoretical framework for the project, plz!

Hi i am a student of 2nd year MBA. I am doing a project on cost control effectives with regards to the capital budgeting. So i need to prepare a theoretical framework which have to cover the capital budgeting, cost control and rejection. I dont know how to frame it, Plz help give me some suggestions, ideas, hints, and notes.

hey plz guys post it in Finance this is general talks n anyways i will post the solution in fm do check it out there n next time plz take the precaution where u should post it
