I need help in preparing a project report based on a single company which has transformed its operations/services by making use of Information Systems. Need information on the following points:
1. How was the company operating before the introduction of the Information Systems?
2. Cost incurred by the company in introducing such an Information Systems.
3. Details of the Information System used.
4. What were the returns on investment for the company?
5. Advantages/disadvantages of such an Information System
6. Recommendations

r u a first year MBA student?coz such assignmants r there in the first year
under the subject MIS.

Well m attaching some case studies on organizations implementing SAP,ERP applications given by Wipro's to its clients,CRM ,SCM applications at Tanishq,Shoppers Stop,systems....in turn enhancing their operational efficiency. its a brief sketch..u can research on it and make a project.....
