Hi Subin,
You have decided to work for 1 yr after completing your studies. So, you have more time to plan and prepare for your MBA. First of all, decide the program you want to get in. If you are looking for a fulltime ( 2 yr) MBA then you have plenty of good B-Schools like IIMs,XLRI,FMS,Symbiosis etc. All the institutes also take into account your work experience. So you better not be worried. If your target school is one of the above better start preparing early. First give a MOCKTEST for any of the exams like CAT,XAT,FMS,SNAP .You will find plenty of online resources for giving a free MOCK TEST.After taking the test you will know your strength and weakness. So based your weakness decide if you can prepare on your own or do you need the help of institutes to train you better. There are plenty of traning institutes to train you for the B-school entrances.
If you are planning for some international B-schools,I would suggest you to work for atleast 2 yrs and give GMAT. Some Indian B-schools also accept GMAT scores. You need to decide on the B-school in which you are planning to study.
If you are planning for some Executive education(MBA while you are working) then it is too early to decide.
Pls feel free to reach me incase you still have queries.
