Hello friends, I got a project in which I'll have to design a training program through ADDIE Model to improve the oral skills of the organisation's employees. I don't know how to do it? Plz help me, if you've any material or report. Plus, I don't know what topic would I show on my report? I mean, what would be the appropriate topic for this project?
