need help on ssm project on dabbawallas

hiiiii guys

i have got a project on dabbawallas in service sector industries.
i have collected the matter and some info,but i need help on 8 ps of dabbawallas,product strategies ie, core service,expected service,Augmented service and potential service. product mix of dabbawallas .
most imp the blue prints of dabbawallas.

if any of u guys has different strategies, please do reply.

well dabawalas as u have the info start making
in product u could use flower of service for explaining
den price is so easy
just connect the info u hav wit the basics and u cud also include quality gaps
