I realised from my experience that ,the only thing which is critical for peace , prosperity & happiness for someone is learning from expereince from his/her own & from others .
So I will share my expereince & learning from the same of every day & hope you all will also be contributing your valueable experience & learning .May this will also make you conscious of your learning process .

Guys !!

I was trying to get orders from new customers & has been getting enquiries .
I was so draged in the process of generating enquiry that hardly follow up for my quotations . When I followed up with one of my customer he told he that he was waiting to place the order follow to see I am serious about getting business .

"Excellence comes from human beings doing things of value that customers find memorable"
 
Yesterday ,got one forwarded massege from one of my collegue . Topic was not yet !!
There was pc of metal was put through lot of process of hardship & his master was keep on telling not yet . at the end that metal pc was a good looking product .The moral of the topic was boss keep on putting you on hardship to make you better person .

So keep saying Not yet !!!!
 
Today was a classic example process control not being effective when people in charge of control do not have eye to detail .
One pcs of error missed the mind of 4 people involve in the chain & finally outcome was undesirable product . So whom to blame the starting person who created it or the person in the chain who overlooked certain details .

One frustrated customer about to change his production line in his factory & once he was in touch with us for quality product .It worked & he was the happiest man .

wow, now i never knew you could accentuate your learnings in this fashion..

Never estimate, your valuation only depends on how much more the other party can pay.

Today was full tight day . As was attending the Workshop on Foreign trade policy . Here is the presentation ,I got it for you all .
There are so many focused people( today's faculty) who are so soaked to there area & that makes me think what is my area?
 
well as u have said its ones own experience that leads to knowing and reading others experiences only leads to learning...........i guess u got the point.................
 
Cross polynation : Concept where different people working in the company interact to each other to increase the efficiency & effectiveness of each other functions and that increases the overall prosperity of the company .
