okay...firstly for downloading my project u just need to click on it and "save"

And for uploading your projects....just click on "forums" then, click on "Download and upload projects" and there start a new thread......

if u want to post ur project in any existing thread just write ur msg in d quick reply and then click on "Go Advanced" and post ur project.............
