MNC's are definitely devils in disguise. They don't provide much of revenue for our country. Its just that people of our country work for them and these MNC'c are benefited by it and not our country. Instead of devoting time and efficiency to these companies one should work for an Indian company so that our country as a whole can be benefited and they can grow at the same pace as any MNC would grow. This will lead to personal growth as well as the growth of our own economy.

I disagree. If the people get employment then that's a great thing because the money earned by the national workers will stay in the country. Also the MNCs pay good amount of tax. If the government can regulate the MNCs and implement good laws to protect the rights of their citizens then MNCs are very good for any country.

It would be good if somebody worked for the companies of his own country. However, the matter of fact is that such companies can't provide jobs to everyone who is unemployed.

Therefore, MNCs are good in overall for the country. (We shouldn't care how much profit they make because if they make less profit they will switch to another country, possibly China!)

Yes, it has pros and cons. Pros like getting employment and uplifting the economy and plays very vital role in development but, it also has negative impact on small scale industries. As per the report near about 75 % of the business is earned by small scale industry and due to lack of resources they gets overshadow by MNC.

I agree with you. They are the devil if the government begins to allow gambling with slot-machines. They are the devil if they brake some rules of the franchising system: Sale high quality products meant to be usually sold into the tertiary sector; change logo color or design; change interior design into an outlet or all outlets into a particular country; rent space to other type of activities (i.e. italian pizza; a person selling outside the store everyday without giving receipts); introducing very expensive products; charging for products were other outlets do not charge (i.e. ketchup, majo); rising up the price of a product against internal policies; giving bad service; lacking the training to serve custormers properly. In such case it is a sign of mafia sneaking into the country by exploiting the MNC's power. The MNC also cuts jobs to the tertiary sector and they are able to modify the statistics making people believe that there are more jobs and more whelth when instead there is less jobs because the tertiary sector is losing sales. In places where there is no corrupion, I am under the impression that the head office shuts down the entire franchise when mafia is found to take control of the franchise.
