On a serious note, Vishal, u started this thread and stick to ur points and stop talking about crap or bringing in others.... u raised some valid points like removing of Aalsi Manager tag, et al and some invalid points like asking for an a/c. I guess in the next post u must now clarify the same and if ur views are over, then let's do something constructive rather than bashing each other's brains out.
Firstly it's jst great to see mp members counteracting to some false allegation's put on mp..!! :big_grin:
I believe what vishal anam had posted earlier there have been enough replies to suffice the quest's..!!
The positives from the post have been in the process of implementation and there is no point arguing more onto this discussion which has no ending..!!
Vishal earlier you had said that u would be waiting for 20 people replying to the thread, surely you can make out the strength of mp being 41 posts in mere 48 hrz on this thread..!!! There would be loads more who would like to reply but i dont see a point continuing it as we oready hv the solutions..!!
I would request Vishal if you do have any more feedbacks u can surely post down here..!!
P.s : I believe users should have the right to contribute towards betterment of mp.. So here it comes u can visit the below thread and put your views on what should be the different user titles provided to the visitors. The best of the tag lines will be practised.

well vishal, one thing i dont understand why u said that in the first place? if u think, u came here to solve the issues and wanna make mp.com better, then u shouldn't have said it. it seems more like u came here for fight and, as i see, that's what u got. had u been calm in ur approach, and put ur points rather subtly, u would have received a nice welcome and ur points wud have been dealt with more respect..bhavin_3 said:

At times... Reactions were numb, harsh, polite, positive, supportive and what not..
There has been appreciations... criticisms... apologies… out right rejections… and 1000 other no reactions..
I have my comments yet reserved on purpose of the thread and further plan of action…
I had promised to write my points last weekend... but thought I better wait another week so that ty guys can finish their exams and join us for the discussion.

Well well well.....its really H O T....
But i don't think it was required.I endorse gaurav that new ideas should b invited and continual improvement can only b achived with feedbacks.Lets try to make this community a better one.
No doubt MP is growing and vishal,no hard feelings just a fact that some points were genuine and some were not worth discussing..

i would be repeating the afore mentioned stuff... but Anam/Vishal, u are welcome to discuss anything u like as long as the tone is professional and the criticism constructive. U can point out, henceforth, the points, which have u want to discuss and we would all support u, if we think, that it is feasible.
