hey ppl...........have chosen motivation and retention as my topic or tybms.........but m still a lil confused.................especially coz m not sure how to go about wid project...........so can sumbody help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buddy u have choosen a very nice topic,
first of all go thru all the motivation theories. i
f possible make up an questionniare and try visit any organisitation and meet the HR manager. also ask how these theories they apply in their organisation.
After this you assemble your primary info and further try to proceed with your project.
