1. Tell us something about yourself?

My self shailja trivedi. I am a BBA(bachelor of business adminstration) fineal year student an I am a fun loving person I love to interact with people and I love to make new friends. I love to hang out with my best buddies love to do something new which nobody have done yet.

2. What is management according to you?

According to me management is a backbone of any organisation. Like if in any organisation management is not good enough then it is impossible for that organisation to stand or to survive in a market.

My philosophy towards work is just do your best with full confidence.

4. Describe the change in the management situation you have experienced till date?

I think management is getting better day by day most advance technique and best strategies has been using by managers for the attainment of there desired goal and for the growth of organisation.

Apprecitation by my co workers or seniors and my postive attitude toward my work.

I didn’t had that experience yet.

7. “Earning in 6 digits” is the motive behind doing MBA? Is it justifiable?

Yes I think it is justifiable because in now days or I can say in this world money is more important then anything.

8. Do you think the MBA course curriculum is at par with industry expectations?

No

9. What suggestions would you like to give to enhance MBA today?

To teach practically not theoritcally…

10. Is the Name of the Institute from where a student does his/her MBA important while entering into corporate world?

No, I think his/her skills is more important then an institute name.

11. What message would you like to give to the students aspiring to work at management level?

It is good for the students so they came to know how much they know….

That they work effectively and help the organisation to survive successfully in a cutthorat comptetion in market

No advice because I am also a student so no advice
