RULES DECISIONS 1. Check for C.V.’s a. If suitable candidate’s C.V.’s available in Database then send the cv screening b. If cv not available in database, then acquire cvs from other sources, then proceed to screening. a. b. c. If documents are verified to be true/correct, then proceed to shortlisting thru telephonic interview If documents are incomplete, then revert back to candidate (for more documents) If documents are false, then reject candidate
2. Check for validity of candidate’s document

If selected candidate completes 3 months in client’s company, full payment is received. If selected candidate quits before 3 months, client makes only 3/4th of the decided payment.
4. Commission Module

If more than 10 candidates are hired by the client, the commission rate is reduced by 20% If client hires less than 10 candidates charge full commision. After telephonic interiew and confirmation of candidate’s interest, conduct personal interview. If candidate is found to be unsuitable during telephone interview or candidate is not interested then, reject candidate.
