merci killing should be there or not??

no1 has the right to take a life. But sometimes its nicessary ....my dog expired last month, the kidneys has failed, urine was comming thru the mouth and eventully blood came frm the mouth,it suffered alot and died.such cases not only in animals but even in humans mercy killing should be there, its not right to take away our life, but when its unberable it should.Ive seen worms in a persons leg suffering from a certain disease, eventully the entire body rots and the person dies, such cases -mercy killling shld be allowed.

Many diseases have found no cure, and they show no mercy, so "the latest medical technology " proves to be useless...

I'm with it. But as a last solution only.

At least if I was to suffer enormously, I would ask my friends to terminate my life... Sometimes pain cannot be beared at all...

hey so guys sayin that we should make euthanasia legal hmmmm
just read this m so sure u guyz will change ur view

Holland is widely regarded as one of the world's most civilized countries. Active euthanasia is legal there, but for the past decade the government has not prosecuted doctors who report having assisted their patients to commit suicide.

A Dutch government investigation of euthanasia has come up with some disturbing findings. In 1990, 1,030 Dutch patients were killed WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. And of 22,500 deaths due to withdrawal of life support, 63% (14,175 patients) were denied medical treatment WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. Twelve per-cent (1,701 patients) were mentally competent but were NOT CONSULTED.

The Dutch experience seems to demonstrate that the "right to die" can soon turn into an obligation. This concept is dangerous, and you could find yourself the victim if Euthanasia becomes legal

The dutch experience didn't succeed, because it lacked humanity. It was a "business" materialistic solution. Nothing more.

Its true that watching someone in pain is painful-May be we can allow mercy killing when the latest medical technology fails to provide relief

We cannot generalize this case.. like they should be banned .. or they should be allowed... cos this can be misused.. So suitable procedure should be followed to permit/ deny the mercy killing.. and of course this procedure should be speedy and fair.

Mercy Killing should not be there...

no person has any right to take anyother life...if a individual feels is suffering from a disease which is not cureable even by the latest technology that is available in the world today and the hopes of the person surviving is Zero then only after the consent of the family members and the individual the life of the person should be taken....

But Mercy Killing should never be Legalized atleast in a country like India...
coz here in India as people are poor and are ready to do anything for the sake of money and the well being of their family they are even ready to give away their life for a money...so if Mercy killing is legalized it would be used for unethical purposes which would ultimatley lead in earning more money...

Mercy killing is such a topic where u can't stay on one decision or a point of veiw it depends in which situation you are and only if you face that situation...

yes ...mercy killing should be promoted in India ....there's no point in making the person suffer more .....but the practice should not become a way of killing people.

well mercy killing should b undertaken only after anlysing da case throughly...2day due to medical advancement a person can b brought back 4m da mouth of death...
ppl r against mercy killing bcoz in in 2days time ...things hav been comercialized..some can take some wrong action 4 personal gains!!..n this can turn 2 b really horrible!! coz any1 can do any crime in its name n get away wit it!!

i respect the plp who say life is a boon and all...
but i think we need to understand the prespective of plp who are suffering from deadly illness...they well deserve it
