covering Labor, Education, Youth, Welfare and SME/Entrepreneurship Development.
? Prior to joining EY in 2007, Will spent 9 years with one of the world’s largest Systems
Integrators, leading large scale transformation programs.
? He specializes in GCC Nationalization, Private Sector & SME Development Labor
market reform, business transformation, large scale IT enabled program delivery,
program and project management.
? He has over 17 years consulting and program delivery experience across public and
private sectors.
? Will has a first class degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of
Birmingham in the UK.

Meter Program.

? Led the pre-Procurement phase to develop a Business Case for transforming the UK

? Client-side Program Director for a large scale transformational outsourcing program,
managing both delivery and the vendor relationship with the Systems Integrator
($450m contract).

? Led the Procurement for a major technology enabled program with a total contract
