The commission meets at least once in every month.
The chairperson or any person chosen by the members present among themselves preside at the meeting.
All questions at a meeting of the Commission are decided by a majority of the vote of the members (including ex-officio members) present and voting and in the case of equality of votes, the Chairman or, in his absence, the person presiding has a second or casting vote.
