I think MBA is more logical to do after you earned some experience in your activity. The salary will be obviously higher than if you were a MS program graduate.
MS program can help you a lot to have more a more responsability's job but majority of MS grade students do it the year they graduate the engineering diploma.

MS is research oriented and good for future PhD degree.
While,MBA is a professional degree.It is good for doing jobs.
