2he satisfa!tion "e%e" is inf"uen!ed by %arious fa!tors in!"udin& the nature of
their ob, sa"ary, trainin&4de%e"opment, et!.

inter%ie# s!hedu"es usin& 5uestionnaire #ith fi%e point s!a"es. 2he !o""e!ted

By #or$in& on a ob, most men &ratify many of their needs. ?or$ in
this re&ard, is a potent sour!e of need &ratifi!ation of a"" types su!h as physi!a",
se!urity, so!ia" and e&o needs. Emp"oyees. Satisfa!tion is primari"y based upon
the satisfa!tion of needs. 2he stron&er the need, the more !"ose"y #i"" be the
emp"oyee satisfa!tion depend on its &ratifi!ation.
Satisfa!tion is a po#erfu" moti%ator of human beha%ior. *t is
imperati%e that administrators understand satisfa!tion %s. dissatisfa!tion. 2he

fa!tors are !ontro""ab"e by mana&ement.

ob. Studies demonstrate that emp"oyees prefer physi!a" surroundin&s that are
