MBA OR PGDBM?

WEll for many students both these degree's seems to be of equal importance then too many almost all of them want to persue MBA?
MBA - Masters of Business administration & PGDBM - Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management.
MBA gets preference just because it has got world recognition and has got its own name and fame!! and worl wide acceptablity!!
Does any PG course provide greater aspects of direct employment or is it MBA which provides the opportunity?
Now a days MBA becoming a common degree as everyone today opts MBA. Sooner or later MBA will no longer seem to have its importance left taking into consideration the increasing number of people getting MBA done with flying colours. What all things students consider to choose between these two?
 
MBA IS MUCH GOOD THEN PGDM AS MBA HELPS YOU IN GETTING PHD DEGREE BUT IF U R DOING PGDM U CANNOT GO FOR PHD
 
MBA is much much better than PGDBM....most of the premium company considering MBA personnel for their organisation.....

Is that true that one can not go for PHD after doing PGDM? Well in that case MBA is better but how many of us go for the PHD. I think very few. So whether it is MBA or PGDM its all depend upon your interest and skills what you select.
