Eligibility Criteria for MBA/MHRM/PGDM Programs 2015 - RCBS, Kochi
For MBA Program:
# Candidates should have pass in any bachelor’s degree examination of Mahatma Gandhi University or an equivalent degree of any other university duly recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate for all parts of examination or a master’s degree examination with 50% marks in aggregate.
# Final year students awaiting Results may also apply.
For MHRM Program: Candidates should have:
# 50% marks in aggregate for Arts, Commerce and BBA/ BBM degrees. Or
#55% marks in aggregate for all other degree candidates (B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E etc.).
For PGDM Program: Candidates should have:
#50% marks in any approved degree examination or
#Pass in any master’s degree examination.

Selection Procedure for MBA/MHRM/PGDM Programs 2015 - RCBS, Kochi
# The selection procedure for the program is divided into three phases. Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria undergo a three stage selection procedure.
#The first stage is the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) or Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or Common Admission Test (CAT) – (conducted by Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs).
# The shortlisted candidates are called for the second and third stages of group discussion and personal interview.
