One school. Endless possibilities.

Today’s Kelley students are tomorrow’s leaders. For nearly 90 years—first in Bloomington and later in Indianapolis, online, and for top companies—the Kelley School of Business has prepared students to lead organizations, start companies, develop new products and services, and shape business knowledge and policy.

Kelley’s innovative education, rich in real-world learning opportunities, opens students to endless career possibilities. We look to our accomplished alumni to measure our success, and we continue to evolve our top-ranked programs to stay on the cutting edge.
A Tradition of Excellence

Founded in 1920 as the Indiana University School of Commerce and Finance, the Kelley School has grown into one of the most respected business schools in the world. Our programs are consistently ranked among the best in the nation, our faculty members are internationally recognized for their teaching and thought leadership, and businesses worldwide hire our highly qualified graduates.

Our School’s namesake, IU graduate and former chair of Steak n Shake E. W. “Ed” Kelley, once said, “No matter how successful you become, keep working harder and smarter to achieve more.” We work hard to ensure that a Kelley education is always innovative and relevant so that our students, faculty, and 86,000 alumni can become even better businesspeople, innovators, and leaders.
Innovative Curriculum, Collaborative Environment

Kelley’s integrated business curriculum teaches essential skills and provides frequent opportunities to use them. Our students get meaningful experience through innovative programs such as our Kelley Consulting Network, Investment Banking Network, and MBA Academies. They collaborate with their classmates as they will with their colleagues, and they’re well versed in international business thanks to our diverse student population and focus on overseas study. Recruiters know that our graduates are ready to hire and prepared to work. That’s the Kelley Advantage.
One School, Many Options

The Kelley School offers undergraduate, MBA, master’s, and doctoral degrees at IU’s Bloomington and Indianapolis campuses, and we’re the only top-20 school to offer graduate programs almost exclusively online, through Kelley Direct. We also offer on-site executive education programs through Kelley Executive Partners.
Mission

The mission of the Kelley School is to transform lives, organizations, and society through business education and research. We accomplish this through a unique, collaborative approach that is based on creating and sustaining value-added relationships among faculty, students, alumni, and our corporate partners.
The Ideal Learning Environment

We’re in the heart of Indiana University Bloomington’s beautiful campus, within the cosmopolitan college town of Bloomington. Our community, which includes IU’s world-famous Jacobs School of Music, is a leader in arts and culture. Everywhere you turn there’s a musician performing, an ethnic restaurant, a Big Ten sporting event, an interesting conversation, a bit of nature waiting to be explored, or something else to enjoy. Visit us and experience our perfect learning environment for yourself.
