Hallo friends!

I Am considering taking my MBA in Germany, but when i started looking for a school there, i got a little confused.... it seems most of the schools are not accredited by any accrediting body i know like AASCB, EQUIS, or AMBA. the only accreditation that kept popping was something called FIBAA.

What is to make of this? can can anyone explain this thing, or are the German schools just no good?

Thx,

Alexis

Hi,

we have some good schools here in Germany.
One of the best ist:
Accreditations | HHL it has AACSB, ACQUIN
About MBS AACSB International, EQUIS and AMBA (this is where I wanted to go first)
and:
Goethe Business School - Home AACSB
Where Goethe is a newcomer (as I heard) and very expensive.
Leipzig as I know is still the top one in Germany - but somehow I would prefer Mannheim - just a personal thing.
Hope this helps

Bye, Chris

Ah .. forgot:
Of course accreditations are very important - don't register to one without it!
And more over: There are still a lot of HR managers who don't know what's an MBA in Germany. That's because of our very different education system compared to the world.
I'm from Germany and try to do my MBA in Asia and wouldn't rely on the German jobmarket afterwards. I'm focusing Europe / Asia.
