1. Tell us something about yourself? –
a. I am Mayank Pujara. I belong to surat. I completed my MBA from Tolani institute of management studies. I did b.com from surat. I hobbies are playing cricket, chess. And listing music.
2. What is management according to you?
a. Management is nothing but its art of getting work done systematically. If you want learn better management then manage your house for a week.
3. [/b]What is your philosophy towards work?[/b]
a. We should work honestly. Never cheat your boss. Team work is more important.
4. Describe the change in the management situation you have experienced till date?
a. A part from practical experience I didn’t face such kind of situation, I did only case studies. And you know better than me about case studies.
5. [/b]What motivates you to do your best on the job?[/b]
a. My self confidence, my parents, and appreciation
6. [/b]Tell me about the most fun you have had on the job?[/b]
a. When I was in training in Mumbai. We were doing role plays.
7. “Earning in 6 digits” is the motive behind doing MBA? Is it justifiable?
a. No it’s not like dat.
8. Do you think the MBA course curriculum is at par with industry expectations?
a. Yes we can say that MBA is good platform to work in reputed company. But it is not a solution for every kind of job.
9. What suggestions would you like to give to enhance MBA today?
a. Today most of the people running towards MBA. It value increased. But it is very difficult to find right talent in today’s situation. You know that everybody is opening a management colleges.
10. Is the Name of the Institute from where a student does his/her MBA important while entering into corporate world?
a. Yes.
b. One request that do not go into the fake colleges, first study about the collge then decide. And lots of colleges running into the floor don’t take admission in those colleges.
11. What message would you like to give to the students aspiring to work at management level?
a. Study well, and whatever you learn in management institution apply that knowledge with some industry. Then you can easily understand the corporate culture.
12. What do Corporate expect from MBA professionals?
a. Honesty. Sincerity and out comes.
13. What piece of advice would you give to a student aspiring for an MBA?
a. Same as I have given early. About colleges and study
