I have done my MBA from a reputed college of kolkata with marketing as major paper.I was told in college that marketing is different from sales & therefore a female candidate will not have handle hard core sales activities in any company if they study marketing. But after completing my course last year,i was surprised to see the job market. Here sales & marketing are considered as twins.Both the terms have similar meaning.I want to know from various professionals,that in your opinion,what will be the best suited marketing job for a female,where she will feel secured as well as it will involve 50% in-house job?
