I Manisha M Khatri. My Hobbies are Cooking and To Learn New Things.
2. What is management according to you? [/b][/b]
To Manage the People/ Employee at the Right Place and at the Right Time.
3. What is your philosophy towards work? [/b][/b]
My philosophy is, no matter what personal interests people may have, it's ultimately important that work should get completed on time. People in a project can be from different backgrounds and interests, but everyone should work together towards a common goal of getting the work done on time.
6. Tell me about the most fun you have had on the job? [/b][/b]
Still Waiting to get Job...........
7. “Earning in 6 digits” is the motive behind doing MBA? Is it justifiable? [/b][/b]
Yes, as what we are investing it should earn in form of return. In other words we can say ROI. but other things we should not forget like our happiness, leisure, to fun with our friends, parents because this are also important and part of our life.
8. Do you think the MBA course curriculum is at par with industry expectations? [/b][/b]
Yes, but it should be updated with the changing time and environment.
9. What suggestions would you like to give to enhance MBA today? [/b][/b]
Make the career choice based on your interests, talents and your values. Many students make the wrong
career choice by focusing on income potential, an attractive industry or what others think is right. They don't look at what will sustain .
10. Is the Name of the Institute from where a student does his/her MBA important while entering into corporate world? [/b][/b]
Yes..
12. What are your views on the Entrance Exams for Professionals courses? [/b][/b]
Entrance Exam should be taken but the power of money play its role and a candidate or student who have knowledge he/ she rejected bcoz of others...
13. What do Corporate’s expect from MBA professionals? [/b][/b]
To apply the strategies and their own skills so that goals of Organization can achieve
14. What piece of advice would you give to a student aspiring for an MBA? [/b][/b]
If u really make your career in management and want to learn about Corporate world than only opt MBA. It is not a Cup of every one.
