Acc. to me a agood manager is one who is able to take the right decision at bad situations..... the definition of right or wrong deisions will again depend on the type of situations. You dont have to be a a tech savvy person to be a good manager, you need to be a sensitive, intelligent and most of all you need to be a self confident person ( one who knows his own worth) to be a good manager
