The supply chain management is essentially responsible for the whole chain from the transportation of the raw material to the finished product. It has to take a note of the storage and availability of the complete raw material, inventory management to the final delivery of the finished product to the consumer. In other words it includes the work of designing, planing and execution of the supply chain in order to synchronize the supply delivery.
