leadership

I think a good leader must have following qualitities
1- He must himself be a good team worker.
2- He must be motivator and motivate his/her subordinates on regular basis
3- He must be futuristic and able to plan for for future course of action in any field in any situation
4- He must be a good learner also and must learn the things from his subordinates which he do not know.
5- He must be dynamic and professional by approach and nature.
6- He must be a good guide and supervisor for his subordinates.

and last but not the least

HE MUST BE A GOOD HUMAN a most important characteristic which i think every leader must have.
 
MY OWN CONCEPT OF LEADERSHIP IS THAT THE WILL THAT GUIDES A PERSON TO A SITUATION/TASK/RESPONSIBILITY/CHALLANGES IN WHICH HE BELIEVES EMPOWERS HIM WITH SKILLS ATTITUDE AND PERSONALITY REQUIRED!
 
According to me the leaders have the folowing qualities:

-GOOD HUMAN RELATIONS
-SELF MOTIVATED
-EMOTIONALLY CALM
-PATIENT
-GOOD COMMUNICATOR
-RATIONAL
-TEAM PLAYER..
 
A leader should have a clear vision to share and act upon it. He should possess the following qualities...

>> Integrity
>> Dedication
>> Takes responsibility for their own actions
>> Looks more than what is in front of them (Forward thinking)
>> Ability to motivate around.
 
A Great Leader is Someone Who
"Is creative, innovative and challenging"
"You are impressed with in regard to their academic/professional experience"
"Has integrity in his/her work"
"Is very open about info"
"Does more and talks less"
"Is technically clever in the job"
