Q1. Did you have a panel to interview you?

Ans: Yes, I had a panel of three members to interview me. There were no rounds of interview that i had to go through for selection

Q2. What were the questions asked to you in all the three rounds?

Ans: There were basically three type questions like,

  • HR Related ( Why this company? )
  • Technical Questions
  • Ethical Related
  • Luckily i was not asked the question Why a MBA?(LoL)

Q3. Which was the most difficult question to answer?

Ans: The ethical question that was asked , “How to deal in a situation where your buyer demands a bribe?”

Q4. Was the interview stressful?

Ans: No, According to me it was a cool one maybe because I was going for something that i am really passionate for.

Q5. Where are u going to get placed?

Ans: Unfortunately the place is not yet given to me.

Q6. How was the experience?

Ans: Experience was cool enough. There was nothing that I could not answer or I got blank. Even after having a panel I was not tensed.

Q7. Would you like to give some tips to students who would go into your profile?

Ans: For all those people going in for the profile of b2b sales this are my tips from the experience is :

  • Don’t’ Fake Yourself
  • It’s not necessary that the interviewer is always right so place your opinions also
  • Be Practical enough to answer what would you actually do if you were in that situation.
