Laws:that u define!!

We have laws to deal with every felony in this world but the most important thing is that those laws are still in papers and there is no proper enforcement of the same.If given a chance,I would like to repel some sections of the law and that will be
1. Stay order - A Case taken for hearing must proceed without any stay and must be closed
2. Bail order.
3. Appeal against the judgement. A judgement given in one court will not be heard in another court.

I would really like to ammend C.B.S.e. law for education of physically disabled students.
According to that law extra time in board examination is alloted to only 3 categoreis of students. And students with even serious kind of disability other than prescribed are not allowed to take that privelege.
