to make any league a success we need sportsman of extreme level every team is named on the name of the sportsmen in it whether it be cricket team or a football or any other. The Success of individual alone cant be said as the team success as a whole but if a team succeeds then each and every sportsmen in that team succeeds automatically...but if you are talking about success in terms of money then there should be a proper combination between advt. and the sportsmanship.
