Kasab deserves death- do you agree?

Hello friends,
We all know about Kasab( one of the terrorist who attacked Mumbai on 26/11/2008). Finally he got the death penalty for his crime.
Many of the people think its justified. But there are some who think that it's not the solution of the problem and he should be given a chance to reform.

what do you think?
 
if given chance to reform, can he bring bak any of those lives whom he had killed without any second thought??? it is enough of being polite and it is the time to take some tough decisions. It should be a warning to all the terrorists.
he deserves the punishment as nothing had happen accidentally or unintentionally.
 
Kasab is a "KILLER MACHINE" which has been "MADE IN PAKISTAN". Now if that machine is not destroyed we wont live peacefully. One of the victim of the carnage told that he was laughing when he was shooting at all in CST, Mumbai. Do you think he will refine? Even if he is kept alive we will face problems.
 
NO He Didint deeserve it. Killing is Not A Type of punnishment. Punnishments should for to guide right way. if he cant be all right, better keep him at jail till death. but dont kill anyone. our father of the nation didnt supported for this type cruelity.

But there is one problem, If we keep him alive then incidents like Kandhar hijacking may happen again and we will have to leave him for the sake of saving lives of innocent people. And then he will be active again as a terrorist.
We all know what happened with Maulana Masood Azhar .He was released and then it was wound that after getting free he provided money for the attack on World Trade Center .
 
I dont think tht there should be any doubt regarding the judgement given against Kasab.The death penalty is the most severe punishment as per the law.However, the more appropriate treatment would have been to hand him over to the common public including the families of the ppl who were the victims of his heinous and barbaric crimes.But its nt possible as per the law and hence we have to be satisfied with the judgement.

i think the law on terrosim needs to be modified and more speedier justice has to be given.gone are the days of red tapism and long delays.its a matter of natinal security.
 
People who have committed crimes and wrongs are punished as according to the intensity of these wrongs and crimes.

death is to easy a punishment for terrorist like kasab....... do u think these guys fear death? they dn't... they must be emotionally tortured....
 
it is important that we hv some faith in our judiciary but wn ths man is in our jails, it is costing our money to keep his alive... therefore it important to keep him with the bare essentials. but i would nt supprt his hanging because he is our epitome to pakistan's terrorist acitivites!
 
I am absolutely outraged with the very fact, we are still contemplating Kasab to be a given a death sentence. I am a peace loving person and what i cant absolutely overcome his past doings, he is a mass murderer, he cant be be forgiven. If we (India) need to be taken seriously we need to lead by example and Kasab absolutely needs to be given the death penalty. Sorry if i sound to crude to demanding the penalty, but this is not something i cant forgive not forget.
 
He deserves a death...if we live him to change himself in humanatarian ground.....then there will be other kasab from pakistan whowill again do the same gruelsome act in india expecting indian govt. will not punish but be genourous...
 
yes he does. He is guilty and responsible for killing numerous innocent people. Such acts of terrorism must be condemed as fiercely as possible.Moreover the families of the victims deserve justice.
 
death vs death.... its a very fair decision... what else can some1 think about except for it...??... and it may become a future security problem as other terrorists may hold some very important person like a minister or the president of our country or their children or some other important people and ask for kasab as a ransom... which would become a national threat to our country...!!
