Justice delayed amounts to justice denied

According to me yes iI do agree as we have the best example in front of us "Bhopal gas tragedy".

The courts and the system needs a complete overhaul. They need to make use of new technology to draw the conclusion. Better equipped courts, decency on the part of lawyers and an efficient security.

Every single thing in the chain has a role to play for the justice to take its due course. The police and security agencies need to be more alert and upbeat. The court can only draw any conclusion if the police provides evidence on time. Even the lawyers should shed their mean and fake plays and courts should seriously think of Tele-Conferencing.

Just to post a reply to download file. Will delete once done so.

I remember cases like Ruchika Gilhotra case
Justice was given after 19 years of Ruchika's death.Giving justice after the victim's death is equal to justice being denied!
