Job satisfaction is, as some argue, relative. Have you ever wondered why a particular house boy has never quit his job? Why he does it with all the zeal and vigour even outside the master's eye? His pay is not a thousand dollars but somehow he seems to be making it! While money is some factor, there is more to job satisfaction than just cash. Employees have quit good paying jobs and one wonders why.
