Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Schumer are very good friends and their friendship started from emails and then texting. Recently, they were on their vacations and writing comedy books. They made an unusual cameo on Billy Joel's performance of "Uptown Girl" and showcased some sizzling dance step. They were so much excited that they take off their shoes and did the twist on Joel’s piano.
Jennifer Lawrence confirmed to the New York Times that she and Schumer are working on a screenplay together. "We play sisters. We're almost done writing," the Oscar winner dished. "It just flowed out of us. We've got about 100 pages right now."
Lawrence also revealed that their friendship is very new and with time it is the bonding are becoming stronger. "I emailed her after I saw Trainwreck and said, 'I don't know where to get started. I guess I should just say it: I'm in love with you,'" the Hunger Games actress said of meeting Schumer a couple of months ago. "We started emailing, and then emailing turned to texting."
