Stringent Law has nothing to do.
Its how the law enforcing agencies operate. Tak the case of Aarushi Murder, where its pretty evident that the Murderer has to be either from the family or the servants. Since no other motive exists. No theft, rape or like. Yet where amidst so much media coverage, have we got any results. CBI had buried the file once. And so far all interrogated are released. Its sick.
So when u cant give justice to a teenage girl. Where the culprits were not as many, and still one cannot zeroin and punish the criminal. why talk abt these Terrorists who r exceptionally trained. Basically its the herd Indian mentality, we all r not bothered until it happens in our family.
Politics is same the world over. Its the people who make the difference. The US, UK, German wont take things lying down. But thankfully all the educated here r divided amongst Religious n Communal lines, which is a matter of faith n not to be questioned, no matter how irrational it be. There is no scientific thought.
After 9/11, has anyone seen 2nd attack in US, coz ppl there r demanding, which Indians wud never b even 100-500 years from now, coz of the PERCEIVED difference which we have since BIRTH and not by karma.
With much less fanfare last week US did attack Wazirstan in Pak, where the Taliban tak refuge. And its upto US to really terrorise the terrorists. THey r better aware of. Problem is they r content as long as the fight is not on their land, elsewhere they LOVE fights. They have patronised Osama for years. Coz they have all the arms n ammunition factories or businesses. Reason why Japan did Pearl Harbour, and paid heavily though.
So US has bombarded Afghan, Iraq, wher no WMD was there But dont really act against PAK and its not whole of PAK only a Taliban dominated area where these terrorists r trained and where even PAK Army has no control, But US can apply force, they r not doing so is a cause of concernn speaks of their motives.
