Kitchen’s of India is the most premium label in the category today. It has a wide and a rich variety of delicacies with prices ranging from Rs 150 to Rs 300. They are as follows:


1. Paneer Mushroom Kofta

2. Dum Ki Khumb: Button mushrooms, slow cooked in a aromatic gravy of tomatoes, spices, almonds and green chilies. Imbued with saffron. Best enjoyed with rotis.

3. Dal Bukhara: This lentil masterpiece traces its culinary heritage to the rugged foothills of the northwest frontier. Its preparation involves stirring a combination of black lentils, tomatoes, gingers and garlic over slow coal fires for 18 hours at a stretch. Best enjoyed with naans.


4. Khubani ka Meetha: A delightful dessert of dried apricots and nuts sweetened to perfection. Best enjoyed with whipped cream.


5. Chicken Chettinad: Chunks of chicken in a paste of curry leaves and freshly ground pepper married in perfect proportion. Best enjoyed with neer dosa or steamed rice.


6. Dal Dakshin: Halved yellow lentils cooked with tomatoes, onions and select Indian spices in a south Indian style. Best enjoyed with steam rice.


7. Paneer Darbari: Soft cubes of fresh cheese in a aromatic tomato gravy, laced with butter.


8. Paneer Mushroom Kofta: Mushroom and fresh cheese dumplings simmered in aromatic tomato gravy.


9. Chicken Darbari: Cubes of chicken in aromatic tomato gravy, laced with butter.



The list above shows the variety present in the market and the competition they pose. However MTR and Gits are the market leaders in this field. Tasty Bits is also doing well in the market.


There are a lot of other players that have entered the market like Nobel, Parampara, Swadisth etc but they hold a very small share in the RTC & RTE market.
