“It is often easier to become outraged by injustice half a world away than by oppression and discrimination half a block from home.”

Being discriminated at work place which is not an uncommon scenario seems to be not happening scene.

Most of the time these are just normal innocent or coincidental circumstances, but sometimes poor treatment in the workplace crosses a legal line that must be addressed.

Hence laws have been put in place to protect employees and employers against unlawful treatment in the workplace.

One such discrimination is age discrimination which is illegal.

Such behavior may come up with when an employee is passed up for promotions, benefits are denied, or employment is terminated because of age.
