The answer is fine.... The bus actually has a name which is FRONT SIDE BUS which connects the CPU to the RAM. You might have heard people saying while buying systems.... the FSB speed is 533 MHz bcoz lower FSB speeds would affect the performance of the CPUkeshwendu said::SugarwareZ-229:

Answer to this question is: CPU and RAM is connected through the Address Bus and Data Bus. Both address and data bus are time multiplexed to each other means that the same single bus carry address and data both but in different time.
